To create a more meaningful experience for Riot’s community at Anime Expo, the team built a rapid-turnaround creative activation centered on the cosplayers who bring the games to life.

We coordinated creator meetups and professional photography on-site, then worked across creative, legal, and event logistics to transform those photos into a billboard installation outside the convention hall in under 24 hours, turning community participation into a highly visible expression of appreciation.
